Description

This service is for organisations that require ad-hoc remote support for issues arising with project plans and Project Online. We typically work as the Support desk for Project Online users and administrators and provide help, assistance and break-fix support where necessary. In the event that an issue needs to be escalated to Microsoft, we can manage that process on behalf of our customer, allowing them to spend their valuable time on more pressing internal matters.
